Abstract
Ultra-high-performance lightweight concrete (UHPLC) integrates the high strength and durability of UHPC with reduced self-weight through the use of lightweight fillers and aggregates. This review synthesizes recent advances in UHPLC mixture design, workability, mechanical properties, volume stability, shrinkage, thermal/fire performance, and environmental impact. Strategies to mitigate strength loss, shrinkage, and segregation are critically discussed. Key engineering applications are highlighted. Current limitations and future research directions are identified to guide the development of next-generation UHPLC systems with enhanced performance and sustainability.
